Optimizing Student Resources
The college process is time consuming! We help create a student/family timeline and review the student's grades, courses, activities, and standardized test plan.

We use resources to help identify career aptitude, career assessment, and career daily activities to help guide students through a self-directed journey for information.
The College List
We help develop, revise, and finalize the student's college list and help separate "Good" lists from the bad! This step is crucial for a successful college process.
The "Fit"
Our team helps the student and family evaluate the student fit, family fit, and financial fit for target schools. This is an ongoing process that begins with initial list, continues through the application list, and on through evaluating award offers and final acceptances.
College Visits
We help guide students through navigating in-person visits and timelines, informal visits, and online visits. We show students how to visit a college online in less than 15 minutes.
SAT/ACT Strategies
We provide evaluation services to see where the student is, help diagnose what needs to improve, provide test prep services, and help with test taking strategies!
Cost Saving Strategies
Our financial expertise helps to identify financial strategies around scholarships, financial aid, and additional options to help reduce the cost of college and save money paying for college.
Applications & Essays
We review applications, monitor the application timeline, and review essays including the Common App Essay and supplemental essays required for each college.
Acceptances and Final Selection!
Congratulations! You have been accepted! We offer guidance to review and plan for the "What now?" steps. Including evaluating and responding to acceptances as well as submitting appeals. Before a final decision is made we assist in evaluating any final concerns including family financial impact.
